WHAT YOU NEED
Blender
2 x bananas
200ml milk
Handful of ice
Teaspoon of honey
100ml coconut water
1 scoop of unflavoured whey protein (or use banana)
HOW TO MAKE
Peel and chop the bananas
Throw them, the ice, milk, coconut water, honey and whey protein into the blender
Blitz until smooth
Sit back, relax and enjoy this protein packed smoothie
To increase fibre, protein and get some Omega we added a tablespoon of chia seeds. These are optional. You could add some flax seeds instead.
