We opted for the Berries & Cream and Peaches & Cream. Peaches & Cream were a favourite purely for the flavour.

What’s in them?
Pure Whey protein from Bulk Powders is perfect for anyone looking to increase muscle and improve muscle repair and recovery. It has a high amino acid profile containing Glutamine and Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA).
Per 30g serving you will get 24.2g protein, 1.5g Carbohydrates (of which sugars) 1.5g and Fat 2g (of which saturates) 0.76g.
How to mix them
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 30g) Pure Whey Protein™ with 200ml water.
Depending on your requirements consume 1 – 5 servings per day.
Consume at least 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight for muscle growth. If you weigh 85kg then you need a minimum of 170g protein per day for optimal muscle growth.
