For all the banana and chocolate lovers out there, make this quick and easy no-bake cheesecake recipe for a perfect anytime pudding option that will wow your guests, or just a treat for yourself that tastes indulgent but is easy on your macros. All ingredients are organic and purchased from the Duchy range at Waitrose.

Ingredients

  • 250g Oat biscuits
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • quark or a light soft cheese

To make the base

  1. Blend 250g oat biscuits
  2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  3. Melt and add in 50g dark chocolate

Line with grease proof paper and Pour in to a 7inch spring form cake tin. Press down and refrigerate whilst you make the top.

To make the top

  1. Blend 4 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
  2. Add 180g Quark and blend

Pour on to the base and leave to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Once set remove  and top with banana and chocolate shavings
