PRESS UP & BURPEE

Fire up your workout with this super fat burning mix of working your Legs, Core and upper body in one movement.

DO IT

Start in a low squat and rest your hands on the floor either side of your knees

Kick your legs out quickly into a press up position

Do 1 press up

Jump your legs back to your chest

Jump up as if you’re trying to touch the roof

 

Repeat as many times as you can for 60 seconds. Rest for 1 – 2 minutes and repeat a further 4 times

This will have you sweating and feeling the burn. Great for getting rid of fat around the mid area and toning your back and shoulders.
