JUMP AND LUNGE

Push your body into the anaerobic zone where you will use more oxygen than you breathe in, giving you a higher fat burning workout.

The key is to do as many of these as possible within the time given and really focus on your breathing an hydrating during your rest period between sets.

DO IT

Stand with your feet slightly apart

Lunge forward with your left foot and lower your knee as close to the floor as you can

Use all your force to jump up in the air

Switch feet

Land with your right leg forward

Drop into the lunge and repeat

 

Repeat for 60 seconds and allow yourself 1 minute rest time.
